2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds for paid services are only issued under the following conditions:

  • We Fail to Meet Our Commitment: If we are unable to fulfill the specific service we promised (e.g., finding a scholarship, securing a job placement, or providing admission to a university), you may be eligible for a refund.

  • Service Not Initiated: If you cancel your payment before we begin working on your case, you may be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • If you change your mind after the service has been initiated.

  • If you fail to provide the necessary documents or information required for us to proceed with your case.

  • If the outcome is not as desired due to factors beyond our control (e.g., changes in university policies, visa rejections by government authorities, or employer decisions).


3. Refund Process

  2. Review and Verification: We will review your request and verify whether we failed to meet our commitment as outlined in your service agreement.

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if:

  • We have partially fulfilled our commitment (e.g., secured an admission offer but not a scholarship).
